✓ Team Canvas. An overview that identifies each member of the marketing team, their roles, and their critical responsibilities, ensuring clear accountability and alignment with the overall goals.
(Day 21 - 80)
✓ KPI Mapping. Assigning KPI's to each step in the custom journeyso that the team is able to measure and optimize performance.
✓ Team Scorecard Meeting: tracking performance every week, so that the team can identify areas of success and those needing improvement.
✓ Key Initiatives: assigning key initiatives based on weekly performance from the Scorecard meeting, so that the team can focus on the most impactful actions to drive continuous improvement.
(Day 81 - 90)
At the end of every 90 days, we create a Quarterly Sprint Plan that outlines revenue goals, strategic pillars, North Star metrics, key initiatives and mile stones. The plan sets clear objectives aligned with the company's overall vision, breaking them down into actionable tasks, and assigning responsibilities to team members.
